                       Things to know about before attending this conference:

                · To allow attendees to have the program prior to attending the conference, and to reduce the cost, the program will be on the website on Wednesday, Sept. 15th. You will not be given a program the day of the conference. Copies will be on posters in the Registration area and hallways.

                · Verifications forms will be given to attendees when nametags are picked up. A nametag is necessary to enter sessions. The hostess will put a sticker on this verification at the end of the session. Please do not ask for more than one sticker. Samples of the verification form, with appropriate stickers, will be given to licensing counselors.

                · Arrive early! Some sessions will fill up quickly and only those arriving early will have a seat.

                · Park only in designated parking areas. The community around the school is residential. Please respect their space.

                · Turn off cell phones.  Please do NOT bring children.

                · Refreshments will be available for purchases.  BOX LUNCHES WILL BE PROVIDED at the lunch break.

                · Completing the evaluation is important to the Planning Committee. A copy will be given to the presenter.

                · Take time to visit the exhibitors. They will have various items for purchase, classroom materials and some personal items.
